Set a realistic reserve price on 45-minute auctions: A realistic floor price is important as it tells buyers you are serious about selling and helps prevent your vehicle selling for less than it’s worth. On the flip side, make sure you do market research before you set your floor price. Setting a floor price that is much higher than market value can keep your vehicle from selling, while a well-priced vehicle is likely to generate high interest and strong bidding.
Present your inventory in detail: Buyers want to know exactly what they are getting. Provide high-quality, detailed images from every angle. Write a clear and accurate description of your vehicle’s condition, features and history. Add all disclosures for transparency, which means less opportunity for arbitration.
