With fewer small-dollar-claims because of the minimum arbitration amount of $850, sellers can spend even less time managing minor disputes.
Simply Sell is automatically applied to all eligible captured vehicles when a pre-sale inspection isn’t purchased, and it’s now applied to all eligible Simulcast vehicles, providing the same protection as the 45-minute auction at the same price.
The program also offers coverage on AS-IS vehicles, and each vehicle will undergo an inspection by an experienced inspector. This thorough process provides a layer of confidence for both you and your customer. - Non-disclosed exterior & interior damage
- Headlights & Windshield and other glass
- Keys/Remotes
- Model & Trim Accuracy
- Odour

- Steering Rack/Ball
- Mismatched Tires
Items that have coverage capped at $4,000:
- Anti-lock braking systems
- Advanced Driver Systems
- Airbags
- Air conditioning
- Convenience and electrical features
- Certain types of engine damage
- Powered accessory motors (for example, sunroof) and tech screens
Is there anything not protected by the Simply Sell Guarantee?
The Simply Sell Guarantee doesn’t protect certain types of vehicles and issues, including but not limited to:
- Vehicles sold for more than $80,000
- Specialty Vehicles like commercial vehicles, ATVs, buses, etc.
- Vehicles with a rebuilt or salvaged title
- Exotic vehicles
- Vehicles driven more than 25 kilometers after the sale
- Sales completed more than 30 days after the inspection for a 45-minute auction and 45 days for Simulcast sales
- Driveline/Transmission
- Odometer rollback
- Certain tire issues

How much does it cost?
The cost of the Simply Sell Guarantee is based on your subscription level. For pro sellers, basic coverage costs $79 per vehicle sold; for Standard sellers, it costs $89 per vehicle sold.
